2-3 Grams Crema Matcha Premium Uji Matcha

2 oz hot water (not boiling—about 175°F)

3oz milk of choice (we love oat, almond, or whole milk for creaminess)

Ice

Sweetener (optional) – honey, maple syrup, vanilla syrup, or agave




Step-by-Step Instructions:


Step 1: Sift Your Matcha


Start by sifting 1 teaspoon of Crema Matcha into a bowl or cup. This removes clumps and ensures a smooth, lump-free drink.


Step 2: Whisk with Hot Water


Add 2 ounces of hot water (around 175°F). Whisk the matcha in a zigzag (M or W motion) using a bamboo chasen or handheld frother until it’s frothy and fully dissolved.
